Wah How to use "Seem".

We can use seem to make guesses about something we are not sure about it.
We can use this form: 

Seem to be + Gerund/Noun/Adjective

  • Jason seems to be talking about work. (I think Jason is talking about work.)
  • She doesn't seem to be sleeping well. (I don't think she is sleeping well.)
  • The weather seems to be getting better. (Judging from what I can see, the weather is getting better.)
  • His work seems to be improving.
  • You don't seem to be having problems.
  • They seem to be in love with each other.
  • The grapes seem to be sour.

We can use seem with there:
  • The traffic is really bad, there seems to be an accident.
  • There seems to be an explosion. 
  • There does not seem to be an American.

Or we can say:
  • It seems there is an explosion. 
  • It doesn't seem there are any problems.
