Wah How to use "Too + Adjective"

Too + adjective is used to emphasize a fact the speaker feels is correct.
When you want to say that "You are so tired and you don't want to do anything." 
You could say "I am too tired to do anything".

Note :Too big for one's boots means someone who is too big for their boots behaves as if they are more important or more clever than they really are.
